O contador e consultor Fabio Barretta comenta o cenário no Brasil após a crise causada pelo coronavírus

São Paulo, 23 de julho de 2020 – A retomada dos negócios é realmente algo muito bom para a economia, mas é fundamental ficar atento às finanças e como será a reação nesse novo estágio, já que ainda existe um certo medo e receio por parte dos consumidores de voltar às ruas e ao comércio. Com isso, é possível que haja consequências desagradáveis, como ter custos mais altos com a manutenção de um espaço físico e até mesmo a demissão de funcionários.

Com experiência no assunto, o consultor Fabio Barretta  conta como lidar com esse novo momento econômico no Brasil. “O primeiro passo é refinar os processos operacionais e de atendimento, se adequando aos protocolos sanitários para que sua operação volte de acordo com o ambiente criado pela Covid-19 no país. Após esse alinhamento, é necessário reduzir custos fixos, renegociar seus débitos com terceiros e com o governo e então buscar capital de giro mais barato, como as linhas créditos do governo e outros bancos que estão reduzindo as taxas de juros”, explica.

Durante esse período, repentino para todos, o governo tomou uma série de medidas para amenizar os efeitos. No entanto, os governos estaduais ainda estão trabalhando para encontrar um caminho menos tortuoso, já que muitos Estados estão falidos, o que certamente está agravando a crise.

Ainda assim, não existe fórmula ou mágica para que os negócios voltem com a mesma potência do início do ano. Atualmente os consumidores se voltam para outros canais de compra, um movimento natural para o cenário atual. “O governo concedeu 3 meses de suspensão dos contratos para as empresas passarem pela quarentena, mas o empresário que não pensou em novas alternativas, como levar o atendimento para a internet, ficará com funcionários ociosos e baixo faturamento”, relata o contador.

Também por conta da ociosidade, o desligamento de funcionários passa a ser uma realidade cada vez mais frequente. Para Fabio, uma maneira de viabilizar esses dilemas é realizando acordos com os colaboradores que terão os contratos rescindidos, seja em junta de conciliação ou mesmo com a ajuda dos sindicatos responsáveis.
