Receita lança atendimento sobre CPF pelo Telegram
Iniciativa busca dar maior agilidade no atendimento ao cidadão.
A Receita Federal inaugura hoje (3) atendimento de serviços relacionados ao Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF) pelo Telegram. Esse novo canal de atendimento utiliza tecnologia conhecida como chatbot, que realiza o atendimento virtual e simula uma conversação por meio de chat.
Segundo a Receita, a iniciativa busca dar maior agilidade no atendimento ao cidadão e contribui para evitar que as pessoas se desloquem para alguma unidade de atendimento presencial, preservando a saúde dos servidores e cidadãos, evitando a aglomeração e a propagação do novo coronavírus.
Para solicitar o serviço, o contribuinte deverá acessar o canal ReceitaFederalOficial, interagir com a ferramenta, enviando as informações e documentos exigidos para que a Receita Federal faça a análise do pedido e conclua o atendimento.
Estão disponíveis no novo canal serviços como:
– Atualização/alteração de dados e Regularização de CPF;
– Segunda via de CPF;
– Informação do número do CPF;
– Consulta à situação cadastral; e
– Consulta ausência de DIRPF – Declaração do Imposto de Renda Pessoas Físicas (exercício omisso).
